Gorgeous distillery that has full tours along with two large dining and drinking areas. There's an extensive gift shop in the front that leads to the large bar in the back. Rustic decor and whiskey barrels are everywhere, adding to the quintessential ambiance.
Absolutely an incredible place. We came here for the "Repeal" celebration from 12/5 from 1933 when prohibition was repealed. Really beautiful place, they did a great job on everything. Live music on certain events. Absolutely amazing people, great service. I had ordered custom engraved bottles that were supposed to be ready until 3 more days. I mentioned it to them and they got them ready while the event was going on so I didn’t have to come back. I appreciate that and the excellent customer service.
The building is just great for hanging out. They allow food trucks. This food truck was seriously awesome. Hudson Wagu beef, home raised beef, seriously the best burger I've had since the Bin303 in Rockwall TX. This event was the perfect way to celebrate my birthday.
Brought my dad here while he was in town for the live music and food truck night. Cost wasn’t too bad as you get a drink ticket which is almost equal to the cost of a cocktail at the bar. It was my first time to the location as well and it did not disappoint. The setting is absolutely beautiful and the architecture of the buildings is awesome. I loved that when you move through the store to the bar it feels like you are walking through and aging room. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was laid back. The live music was quaint as it was a single girl and her guitar. All in all a great evening to hang out and spend time with friends and family.
Wow! This place was insane! The whiskey ranch was ginormous! They had so much to offer, I definitely want to come back. The place was fun, the bar was great and the gift shop had tons of options. Everything from the grass to the ambiance, to the music room was perfect.
I absolutely loved this place! Brought the wife and the Parents with me and we had a blast. Live band and the distillery turns into a full bar when the tours are finished. I highly recommend a visit!
We took the TX Whiskey Ranch tour and loved it! Our tour guide, Tracy, was very knowledgeable and had a great time interacting with the group. Be aware that the tour buildings are not cooled or heated. I do wish the tour was a bit longer. Unfortunately, they were not bottling that day so we missed out on that process.
Overall it was an enjoyable experience. Staff was helpful and friendly, buildings and setting were beautiful and charming. The Tavern had a good variety of cocktails and had numerous interesting architectural and whisky displays. However I was expecting a tour longer than 100 yard walk though the welcome center and the distillery building. I appreciate that we could look into the bottling building and they had set up the area outside their meeting room to look like the barrel aging building. I got a kick out of seeing the still (tallest west of the Mississippi of course, got my obligatory picture) and getting a taste from the mash tub. Tour guide was very informative and amiable. I wish I had could have stayed for the food truck and live music and I likely would have been more satisfied.
I’ve been to quite a few distilleries across the USA and the works and TX ranks with the best of them (Makers bring my fave). The property is beautiful and and ambiance unmatched. They transformed a gold course to a beautiful faculty with great views of downtown Fort Worth. The service was amazing. From the checkin, the company store, Tyler the tour guide and the bartenders. Thank you for all you do.
